Do not enter Social Security or tax identification numbers, financial account details, government identification, health information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information. This pilot does not request file uploads.

A production service must identify each collected field and its purpose, publish retention periods, limit access by role, document service providers, protect information in transit and at rest, and provide a clear correction and deletion-request process.
